Chateau Wittem was an extraordinary experience, perfect for celebrating my partner's birthday. The staff exceeded all expectations, from personalized balloons to a delicious birthday cake and champagne - truly amazing! The fine dining restaurant, Julemont, with its 2 Michelin stars, offered a unique palette of flavors in a charming medieval setting, blending old-world charm with modern luxury.The intimate and cozy atmosphere of the chateau made us feel instantly at home, with only 12 rooms giving it an exclusive feel. The welcoming drink set the tone for a wonderful stay, and the clean and romantic rooms provided a perfect retreat. The small terrace in the sun was a lovely spot to relax and unwind.The attention to detail at Chateau Wittem was impeccable, from the valet parking to the turndown service. The history of the castle, dating back to 1220, added an extra layer of charm to our stay. Exploring the beautiful Chateau Gardens and the surrounding Limburg countryside was a highlight, perfect for a romantic getaway or a short holiday.Chateau Wittem offers a blend of comfort, tranquility, and hospitality that makes it a top destination for those in search of luxury and relaxation.
